M. ROCKBY, who, upon first being duly sworn, did depose and say that he
is one and the sane peYSOn as Phillip M. Rockey, a single adult, who
was naned as grantee in that certain Warranty Deed dated April 6, 1962,
and filed Deceaber 7, 1962, in O. R. Book S1, page 409, in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Affiant further states that he is one and the same person as
Philip M. Rockey, who, ~rith his aife, Gladys R. Rockey, were naaed as
grantors in that certain Warzanty Deed dated May 26, 1964, and f iled
June 2, 1964, in O. R. Book 90, page 292, in the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, conveying the above referenced property to Jerry

! L. Hale and Doris L. Hale, his v~rife; said document, however, was exe-

~ cuted and correctly signed Phillip M. Rockey.
