WARRANTY DEED OF GIFT
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the 31st day of December, ~

A. D. 1968, by GENE T. DYER and EVELYN M. DYER, husband and wlfe,
hereinafter called the Gran~rs, to THE GENE T. AND EVELYN M. DYER

FOUNDATION, INC., a non-profit corporation existing under the laws of the
State of Florida, with its perma~ent postoffice address at 1050 North
Lake Way, Palm Bzach, Florida, 33480, hereinafter called the Grantee:
WITNESS; .
That the Grantors,~ in recognition and appreciatlon of the
charitable purposes of the Grantee, do by this Deed, _gtve, transfer, and
set over to THE GENE T. AND EVELYN M. DYER FOUNDATION, INC. , a

And the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that the
Grantors are lawfulty seized of said land irt fee simple; that the Gra~tors
