COUNTY OF PALM BEACH
. On this day before me, an authority duly suthorized to achninister
oaths, personally appeared BERTHA STROSHEIN, who, after firet being duly
sworn, deposed and thated that she is the surviving unremarried widaw of
Daniel Stroshein, who died a resident of Macomb County, Michigan, on
May 4, 1968; certified copy of death certificate attached hereto.
Affiant further states that all bills in connection with said
decedent's estate have been paid in full and that said estate is not subject
to State or Federal estate taxes.
Further, affiant saith not.
