1968 through the 7th day of January, 1969, her then hus-
band, KSN GORD?Y, having separated from MSRYL M. GORDY
during the middle part of February, 1968 and never returned
to reside on the above described property after that time.
Affiant further states that he and his wife were the near-
. est neighbors to MSRYL M. GORDY during the aforementioned
period of February 1968 through January 7, 1969 and he per-
sonally knaws that MffitY~. M. GORDY and RSN GORD~Y were divorced
from each other on the 22nd day of May, 1968 and that the
custody of the two minor children born as issue of their
~ marria ge was granted to M$RYL M. GORDY and that said minor
children resided wit2i their mother on-the above described
property from the latter part of February, 1968 through
, the early part of January, 1969. Affiant further states
that during said period of time MffitYL M. GORDiY was the head
of the household consisting of herself and her children on
