SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Cttizens Fede~al Savings and
Loan Associatton of St. Lucie County, the owner of certai~ mortgages given
by Robert W. Pieper and Christine Piepe~, his wife, said rtartgages being !
dated October 22, 19b6 and April 5, 1967, respeciively, and recorded in ~
0. R. Sook 157 at Page 400 and 1n O.R. Book 165 at Page 1755, which mortgages ~
are corrected by a certain corrective mortgage ~nstrument ~ecorded in ~
0. R. Book 165 at Page 2137, all of the St. Lucie County pubiic records, a~e
hereby acknowledged by the undersigned as having been paid in full, and the
Clerk of the Court is hereby directed to cancel and discharge satd mortgage
by recordi~g this instrument in the publ~c reco~ds of St. Lucie County,Florida, t
and the unde~signed dces hereby release and quit-claim all right, title and j
interest conveyed by said mortgage in and to the premises described therein. ;
