hereinafter cal2ed the "Owners", to ST. LUCIS COiA~TTY SROSION DISTRICT, a
Special Taxing Diatrict of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the
"District",

WI~REAS, the Diatrict is undertaking an erosion control project on
the South Heach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and in order to secure Federal
participation in the cost of said praject, it is necessary that the new-
ly created beach seaward of a uniform ~and established line be in public ~
ownership.
NOW, THEREFORE~ for and in consideration of the benefits accruing
to the Owners, said Owners do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto
the District, its successors and assiqns, all the right, title, intereat, ~
claim and demand, including riparian and littoral righta, which the ~ ~

Owners have in and to the following described land in.St. Lucie County, '

Lots 9 and 10, Block 14, OCEAN VIEW, a subdivision as per
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 61, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida '

proceed on an assumed bearing of "East" along the extended
