Lot 10 in McCRAY COURT, a subdivision in the City of
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, according to the
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, page 20 of the pubiic
records of St. Lucie County, Flor,ida, ALSO a parcel of
land located in Section 4, Township 35 South, Range 40
East, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, being more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at the South-
west corner of said Lot 10 of said McCray Court; thence
