Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or a~Urtenandes now oi hereafter e~ected there-
~ on or placed therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixiures or arlicles, whether in single units or cen-
trolly controlled, used to suppfy heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, ref~igerotion, ventiliation or
other services, ancJ any pther thing now or hereafier therein or the~n, the furnishing of which by lessors
to leasees is customary ~or appropriate, including ureens, wintlov~ shadesj storm dooFS and windows, floor

Supplemsntal Ayreement secures! hereby. The Mortgagee is hereby subrogated to the rights of all mort-
