Special Taxing District of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the
"District",

WHERSAS, the Diatrict is undertaking an erosion control project on
the South Beach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and in order to secure Federal

participation in the cost of said project, it is necessary that the new-
ly created beach seaward of a uniform and establiahed line be in public
ownership.
NOW, THEREFOREt for and in consideration of the benefits accruing
to the Owriers, said Owners do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto
the Diatrict, its successors and assiqns, all the right, title, intereat,
claim and demand, including riparian and littoral righta, which the
Owners have in and to the following described Zand in.St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
That part of the following described parcel: •
That part of Lot 7, described in Deed Book 166, page 494, all of
Lot 8 and the North 44.9 feet of Lot 9, all in B1ock 2, REVISED PI:AT
OF PALM HAVEN SUBDIVISION, as per plat on file in P.B. 8, p. 44 of .
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
lying Easterly of the following described line:
For a point of reference, commence at the Southeast cor-
ner of Section 1, Township 35 South, Range 40~East; thence
proceed on an assumed bearing of "East" alohc~'-the extended
South line of said section a distance of 89.76 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence proceed on a bearing of North , r
20° 27' 40" West a distance of 702.00 feet to a point,
said point being on a bearing of South 89° 32' 20" West
and a distance of 131.23 feet to the Southwest corner of
