H. SCHRAG and ALICE B. SCHRAG, his wife, who,~upon first being duly
sworn, did depose and say Lhat the iuaprovements made on the above
described property in pursuance of the Notice of Commencement dated
June 17, 1968, and recorded June 24, 1968, in O. R. Book 172, page
1293, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, were, in due
course, fully completed, and that all labor perfozmed and iaaterials
used in connection with such improvements have been fully paid.
