incinerating and sir-conditioning equipment and fiaturee, and all
replacemente thereof and additione thereto, wbether or not tbe same
are or ahall be attached to such land, buildings or etructuree in
any manner;
TOGETHER with any and all awarda now or hereafter made ~or the #
taking of the property mortgaged hereby, or any part thereof (in- ~
cluding any eaeement), by the exerciae of the power of eminent do-
main, including any award for change of grade of any street or other
roadway, which awarde are hereby assigned to the Mortgagee and are
deemed a part of the property mortgaged hereby, and the Mortgagee is
hereby suthorized to collect and receive the proceeda of such awarda,
to give proper receipta and acquittancee therefor, and to apply the
aame toward the payment of the indebtedneae aecured b~ this Mortgage,
notwithstanding the fact that the ampunt owing thereon may not then
be due and payable; and the Mortgagor hereby agrees, upon request,
to make, egecute and deliver any and all aaaignmenta:and other in-
strumenta eufficient for the purpose of assigning each such award to
~ the Mortgagee, free, clear and discharged of any encumbrances oY any ;
kind or nature whatsoever; and ~
TOGETHER with all ri~ht, title and intereat of the Mortgagor in ~
and to the land lying in the atreets and roads in Yront of and ad- z
joining the above described land (all the above described land, ;
buildings, other atructures, fixtures, articles of personal property,
~ awarda and other righta and interesta being hereinafter collectively
~ called the "mortgaged property").

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the mortgaged property and every part thereof
unto the Mortgagee, its succeseora and assigns forever for the pur-
poses and usea herein set forth.
AND the Mortgagor further covenants and a,grees with the Mortgagee,
as follows :
1. The Mortgagor will promptly pay the principal of and in-
tereet on the indebtedness evidenced by the Aote, and all other
chargea and indebtedneas provided therein and in this Mortgage, at
the times and in the manner provided in the Aote and in this Mortgage.
2. The Mortgagor will pay when due, aa hereinafter provided,
all ground renta, if any, and all tages, assessment8, water rates
and other governmental charges, fines and impositione, of every
kind and nature whatsoever, now or hereaYter imposed on the mortgaged
property, or any part thereoY, and will pay when due every amount of
indebtednese secured by any lien to wbich the lien of thie Mortgage
is expresaly sub~ect. ~
