CQMBS, his wife, hereinafter referred to as "FIRST PARTIES" and T. REED GOLDEN and BETTY D. GOI.DEN, his wife, 214 Gardenia, Fort Pierce, Florida, Y~ereinafter referred to as i ~ ~ "SECOND PARTIES"; ' W I T N E S S E T H; That if the Second Parties shall first make the payments and perfona the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their part to be , made and performed, First Parties hereby covenant and agree to con- vey and assure to Second Parties, their heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, in fee simple, free fracn all encumbrances, by a good and sufficient Warranty Deed, the following described property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida: Lot 4, Block 9, SUNSET PARK, as per re-plat thereof ` recorded in Plat Book 11, page 28, public records of St. I.ucie County, Florida. I. ~ And Second Parties hereby covenant and agree to pay First Parties E I ~ the sum of $12,000, with interest at the rate of 796 per annum, as follows: $400 on or before the signing of this Agreement, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged; $200 on Dece~?ber 1, 1968, and the balance of the sales price ~ in monthly installments of $100 per month beginning November ~ 1, 1968, and on the lst day of each succeeding month there- ; after until the whole be fully paid. ~ Each installment shall first be applied on the payment of ~ interest, taxes and insurance and then on the unpaid balance ~ of the principal sum.
