HomeMy WebLinkAbout0989 . ~ .l'~3883 ~ Y ~ THIS INDENT(IRE, made this 31st day of December, A.D,, 1968, between STANDARD OIL COI~ANY (Incorporated in Kentucky), and. sometimes heretofore designated as Standard Oil Company, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Standard Qil Company of Kentucky, Standard Oil Canpany (Kentucky), Standard ~ Oil Company, a Kentncky corporation, or Standard Oil Company, Tnc., a Kentucky corporatioa, Party of the~First Part, (being a wholly-owned subsidiary of Party of the Second Part), and STANDARD OIL COi~ANY, a division of Chevron Oil Comparry, a California corporation, Party of the Second Part, whose mailing address is S25 Riverside Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida: W I T N E S S E T H: Said Party of the First Part, for and in considerativn of the surrender to Party of the First Part by Party of the Second Part of the capital stock ot Party of the F~rst Part and the voluntary dissolution and liquidation of Party of the First Part, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and convey and confirm unto the said Party of the Second Part and its successors and assigns forever, all of the real property owned by Party of the First Part situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, together with any right, title, interest, reversion, rem.ainder, claim, or demand in real property situate, lying and being in said coanty and state now owned or hereafter acquired by the Party of the First Part.
