St. I.ucie County, in the State of Florida, MorCgagor, and hereinafter so
designated, and AMERICA.N HOSPITAL SUPPLY CORPORATION, an Illinois Corpora-
tion with its principal offices located in Evanston, Illinois, Mortgagee,
and hereinafter so designated:

and delivered to Mortgagee said note being drawn on Che form as attached
hereto and maxked Exhibit A, and by reference being made a part.hereof.
• NOW THIS IND~I~ITURE WITNESSETH, that Mortgagor, to better secure
the payments of the principal sum set out in said promissory note, and in- ~
terest thereon, and in consideration thereof, and for other valuable con-
siderations, has granted, bargained and sold and by these presents does
grant, bargain and sell to Mortgagee and to its successors and assigns
forever all that certain parcel or piece of land lying and being in the
County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, more particularly described as
Beginning at the intersection of the north line of Easter
Terrace and the east line of Block 3 of La Fond Subdivision,
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 12, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; run thence South 89
deg. 58 min. East, along the north line of Easter Terrace, ~
302.10 feet to the ~aest •line of SouCh 13th Street, said
point being 25 feet westerly of the centerline of existing
pavement on South 13th Street; thence NorCh 2 deg. - 34
min. West, along the west line of South 13th Street, 273.22 .
