Special Taxinq District of the Sta?te of Florida, hereinafter called the

wHER$AS, the Diatrict is undertaking an eroaion control project on
the South Heach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and in order to secure Federal
participation in the cost of said project, it is necessary that the new-
ly created beach seaward of a uniform and established line be in public
uwnership.
NOW. THERSFOREt for and in consideration of the benefits accruing
to the Owners, said Owners do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto
the District, its successors and assigns, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand, including riparian and littoral righte, which the ~
Ownera have in and to the following deacribed land in.St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
That part of the following described parcel:
Lot 8, Block 1, of TROPICAL BEACH SUBDIVISION as per plat
the=eof on file in Plat Book 9, page 26, of the Public ~
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, _
lying Easterly of the followinq described line:
For a point of reference, com~nence at the Southeast cor-

proceed on an assumed bearing of "Sast" along the extended
South line of said aection a dietance of 89.76 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence proceed on a bearinq of North .
