QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM EXECUTOR
TIitS iNDENTURE, made this 7th day of Jar~uary, 1969,
between THE DANIA BANK, a Florida bankinq corporation, as the
duly~acting and qua2ified Sxecutor of Estate of WiZliam A. Hogq,
deceased (sometimes referred to herein as "grantor"), and RAY H.
HOGG (sometimes referred to herein as "grantee"), whose mailing
address is Box 127, Falmouth, Kentucky,

WI~R~AS, a certain order entitled "Order of Distribution"
was entered on January 6, 1969, in re Estate of William A. Hogg,
deceased, file number 26650, in County Judge's Court, Broward
County, State of Florida, in probate; and
WHEREAS, paragraph ~I. of said order authorized and
directed the grantor herein to make, execute and deliver unto
the grantee herein a quit claim deed, conveying the hereinafter
described property which was an asset in the possession of the
grantor under the provisions of Chapter 733.01 (1), Florida
Statutes, 1967, for the purpose of evidencing the distribution i

and delivery of possession of said property; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of this quit clai.m deed is to
comply with said order, '
