profit corporation authorized to do bueiness 3n the 3tate
of Flbrida, with ita principal place of business at Fort
P ierce in St. Lucfe County, Florida, is the owner of cer-
tain rea]. property located in said city, county and state,
and is desirous o~ requlatinq the development and use of,
said land in order to insure the developraent of a proper
_ cemetery for itself and for the future purchasers of cer-
tificates of ownership:

does hereby establish the following covenants:
a. Area of application. •

the boundaries of Avenue H, North 4th Street,
Avenue M and North lOth Street in the City of Fort
Pierce, Florxda.
