(6) No traea, shrubs, bushes, etc., are permitted,
' and the Association reserves the right to remove
any such trees, shrubs, buehes, etc., without any
liability on the part of the Asaociation.
(T) T'he Association reserves the riqht to alter

any roadway or walks in the cemetery, or to chanqe -
the layout of plots which have not been 8old, and
to make such rules and regulations for the qovern-
me~nt and manaqement of the grounds as it may deem -
necessary.
(8) Artificial flawers, wreaths, potted plants,
etc. shall be permitted, but placers of the same
have the responsibility of removing them at the
expiration of three (3) weeks. Any artificial
flawers, wreaths, potted plants, etc., not so
removed by the+placer will be removed by the
Association, without any liability on the part of
the Association.

' (9) ~en percent (1096) of the receipts of all lot

~ sales shall be deposited to a care and maintenance
truat fund. ~'he net incane of the care and main-
tenarice trust fund shall be used solely for the -
care and maintenance of the cemetery, for reason-
able costs of administerinq euch care and maintenance,
~ and for reasonable costs of acLninisterinq the tru8t
fund.
