z~•`~ WHERBAS, S06EP8 H. HALE hereinafter referred to as the mort-
~u~ gagor, by indenture of mortgage bearinq date the 27th day of May,
3~ 1963, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official ~
Record Book 64, paqe 81, granted and conveyed unto PHILIP STRAZ-
ZULLA, DOMII~TIC STRAZZULLA and FRANK STRAZZULLA, co-partners trad-
inq and dOing business as STRAZZUL7~A BROT~RS CO., hereinafter
referred to as the mortgagees, and their assigns, the premises
therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum
of SD~TY T~O~ITSAPID SIX HUNDR~ NINETY AND NO/100 DOLLARS, with in-
terest as ~erefn mentioned; which said Mortqage has been assigned
to PHILIP STRAZZULLA, DOMIL~TIC STRAZZULLA, FRANR STRAZZULLA, J06$PH
P. STRAZZULLA and JOffi~i F. STRAZZULLA, doing busineas as STRAZZUL~A
BROT~RS COMPANY, a co-partnership.
AND W~ItEA.S, the said mortgagor has requested the said mort-
gagees to release the premises hereinafter described, being part
of said mortgaqed premises, from the lien and operation of said
Mortqage:

NOW THERSF"ORS, I~TO'~W YE, that the said mortgaqees, in considera-
tion of the premises and the sum of ONE ALID NO/100 DOLLARS, to them
in hand paid by, or on behalf of, the said mortqagor at the time of
the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknawledged,
do remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and operation of said mortqage unto the said mortgaqor, his
; heirs, and assigns, that certain portion of the premises conveyed
~ by said mortqaqe, more particularly described as follaws:

' Range 38 Sast, St. Lucie County, Florida, and run South
j alonq the West line of Section 5, a distance of 1,689 feet
to the point of beginninq; thence run East 1,320 feet to
~ the center of an 80-foot road easement, which said point
is 1,689 feet South of the North line of said Section 5;
then~e run North alonq the center of said 80-foot easement
a distance of 73 feet; thence run West alonq the center
of an exiatinq dike, a distance of 1,322 feet to the point
of beqinninq; said land containinq l.ll acres and lyinq
and being in Section 5, Township 35 South, Range 38 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same with the appurtenances, unto the
~ said mortqaqor, his heirs and asaiqns forever, freed, exonerated :
~ and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every '
~ part thereof; provided, always, neverthelesa, that nothinq herein ~
~ contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, j
~ lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid l~rtgage on the remaininq i
part of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom,
or any of the riqhts and remedies of the holders thereof.
