of May, 1963, and recorded in office of the Clerk of the Circuit

Record Book 64~ paqe 86, granted and conveyed unto PffiLIP STRAZZUL-
LA, DOMIITIC STRAZZULLA and FRANK STRAZ2ULLA, co-partners tradinq
and doing buainess as STRAZZULLA BROTHERS CO. hereinafter referred
to as the mortqaqees, and their assiqns, the premises therein
particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of S~tTY-
FOUR TSOitTSAND FOZTR HUrIDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS, with interest as
therein mentioned, which said Mortqaqe has been assiqned to PHILIP ~
STRAZZULLA, DOMIL~IC STRAZZULLA, FRANK STRAZZULLA, JOSSPH P. STRAZ-
ZULLA and J~OIII1 F. STRAZZULLA, doing business as STRAZZULLA BROTAERS
COMPANY, a co-partnership. .
AND W~REAS, the said mortgagor has requested the said mort-
. qaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq part of
said mortgaqed premises, fr~a the lien and operation of said Mort-
. gage:
NOW THERSFORE, I~OW YE, that the said mortgagees, in considera-
tion of the pre~anises and of the sum of ONS AND NO/100 DOLLARS, to
them in hand paid by, or on behalf of, the said mortgagor, at the
time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged, do remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge
from thg~lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said mortga-
gor, 2~~s heirs and assigns, that certain portion of the premises
conve~yyed by said mortgaqe, more particularly described as follaws:
The South 3,000 feet of the North 4,689 feet of the West {

~ Lucie County, Florida; the South 30 feet of the West 1/4
~ of Section 8, lyinq North of state Road No. 68 (Oranqe
I Avenue Extension); the West 30 feet of the Weat 1/4 of
~ Section 8 lying North of State Road No. 68 (Oranqe Avenue
Extension); the West 30 feet of the West 1/4 of Section 5
(excepting, hawever, the North 3,689 feet thereof); all
of the above lying and being in Township 35 South, Range
38 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.

TO HAVE AND TO ~OLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said mortqaqor, his heirs and assiqns forever, freed, exonerated
and discharqed of and from the lien of said mortgaqe, and every
part thereof; provided, always, nevertheless, that rwthinq herein
contained shall in anywis~e impair, alter or diminish the effect,
~ lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid mortgage on the remaining 2
~ part of said mortqaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or
~ any of the rights and remedies of the holdert3~ereof.
