THIS DEED, made this 14th day of January , A. D. 1969,
BETWEEN THE CHURCH GF CHRIST OF FORT PIEftCE, FLORIDA,
a Corporation Not for Profit, under the laws of the
State of Florida, ,
party of the first part, having its principal place of business in the
County of St. Lucie, State of Florida,
and THE CNURCH OF CHRIST OF FORT PIERCE, FLORTDA, a Corporation Not
for Profit, under the laws of the State of Florida,
party of the se cond part ,
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of $1.00 and other valuable consideration, to it
in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has bargained,
granted, sold, aliened, remised, released, enfeoffed, conveyed and con-
firmed and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, enfeoff, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second
part, and its successors and assigns forever, all that certain parcel of
land lying and being in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida,
more particularly described as follows:
Lots 1, 2, and 3, of Block 1, of W. W. CARLTON'S~SUBDIVISION,
according to a plat thereof recorded in Plat Baok at page 25,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
AND
Lot l, Block 'tAr' according to plat of C.A.KILLER'S SUBDIVISION,
of the E~ of W~ of SW~ of NW~ of Section 9, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, said Plat filed f'or record March 15, 1924, and
recorded in Plat Book 4, page 50, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
F08 SO LONG AS THE FOLL~~VING PRACTICES OF WORSHIP AND WORR ARE
MAINTAIN~sD :
1. The Holy Bible ehall be accepted as the full and
final revelation of God's will to man and shall
be the only rule of faith and practice in religion.
2. The teaching and practice of the New Testament shall
be followed in all matters of fgith, worship and warks.
3. Ido mechanical instrument of music shall be used in
the worship.
4.
The support of such organizations as care for arphans,
dependent children, aged and sick, shall not be opposed
or forbidden.
5• The doctrine of premillennialism shall not be taught,
or otherxise approved or encouraged.
AFTER WHICH TIME T~ TITLE HEREBY GftANTED SHALL VEST IN THE NEAR~,ST
CHURCH OF CHRIST, k~ASUREu Bg AIR LIN~, WhICH DOES FOLLOW THE ABOVE
PRACTICES OF FAITH, WORSHIP AND WOftK.
TOGETHER with the tenements,.hereditaments and appurtenances, with
every privilege, right, title, interest and estate, dower and right of
dower, reversion, remainder and easement thereto belonging or in a~ywise
appertaining.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said partq of the first part has caused
these presents to be executed in its name, and its corporate seal to be
hereunto affixed, bq its proper officers thereunto d~y authorized, the
day and year first above xritten.
