This agreemer_t made at Port St. Lucie, Fort Paerce,
Florida this ~ day of December, 1968 between Landon M.
Louthian, Sr, and Veronica N. Louthian, herein called Purchasers,
and Carl Saresky and Selma Saresky, herein called the Sellers,
WITNBSSETH:
That tlze Purchasers hereby agree to purchase from tbe
Sellers the follawing described property situated in the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to wit:
All of that certain piece, parcel or lot of land with
improvemer.~s thereon known as T35 Airoso Boulevard,
Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida
being known and designated as Lot 4, Block 58, Riverpark
Unit 6 as shown in Book 12, page 28 on the public records
of St. Lucie County, said lot measuring approximately
Seventy-five (75') feet by One Hundred twenty (120')
feet with the improvements thereon being a two (2)
bed~oom.home with appurtenances.
Z'hat the aforesaid conveyance will be made free from
encumberances except taxes, utility bills and paving .assessments,
if any, which are to be prorated to the date of the closing of
the sale.
All p].umbing, irrigating, heating, water heating, lighting ~

fixtures or attached appliances, all attached bathroom accessories, ~

and all awni~gs, screens and linoleum attached to said property
are included as part of it.
In addition to the aforesaid items, the sale will include

Two Bedroom Suites, kitchen appliances, livingroom suite,
diningroom suite, Florida room suite, television set, outside
antenna for television set, garden tools and equipment including
