items belonging to Sellers.
The terms and conditions of this purchase are as follows:
The total purchase price is the sum of Twelve Thousand
Five HundrPd ($12,500.00) Dollars, which the Purchaser agrees to
pay to the Seller ~.n the following manner:
The svm of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars earnest money
heretofore paid by Purchasers to Sellers on November 15, 1968;
the further sum of One Thousand Nine Hundred ($1,900.00) Dollars_
on tlze acceptance of this agreement by Seller. The b~lance of
Ten Thousand Five Hundred ($10,500.00) Dollars shall be paid on
or before May 15, 1969.
purchasers shall have possession or rents and shall
assume all risks from May 15, 1969.
Interest ;on deferred payments and encumberances, if any,

~ and insurance and water charges shall be paid or ad~usted by

f Sellers to the date of closing, and thereafter paid or assumed by
~ Purchasers.
Sellers shall furnish to Purchasers, as soon as reasonably
possible, a policy of title insurance certified to date hereof, -
showing title :.~uch as any actually operating title insurance

company will insure, and Purchasers shall be allowed thirty (30)

~ days for examination thereof.
If this agreement is not accepted by the Sellers on or
before December 16, 1968, or if the Sellers~cannot show title as
aqreed above, all money is to be returned on demand to the Purchasers,
