tate of Howard M. 8orton, deceased, and HOWARD M. HORTON,
JR., individually, and MARJORI$ D. HORTON, individually,
the owners and holdere of a certain mortqage deed executed
by J. J. I~TICHOLASON and MARIAN J. DTICHOLASON, his wife, to
FLOR$NiCS T. HORTON, bearinq date the llth day of December
1957, recorded in Of£icial Record Book 170, at paqe 295,
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
County, State of Florida, securing that certain note in the
principal sum of Thirty-five Hundred Seventy-seven and 95/100
Dollars ($3,577.95), and certain promises and obliqations set
forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situate in
said State and County described as follows, to wit:
The North 25 feet of Lot 6 and all of Lot 7,
Block 4, M. K. MOORE'S SUBDIVISION, as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 4, page 53,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
hereby acknawledge full payment and satisfaction of said note
and mortqaqe deed, and surrender the same as cancelled, and
hereby directc the Clerk of said Circuit Court to cancel the
same of record.
