hereinafter called the Grantors, to LAWRENC$ E. SLATS

hereinafter called the Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of

acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, re-
lease, convey and confirm unto the qrantee, all that certain land situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

LAKEWOOD PARK, aecording to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11,
page 27 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
Tp HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee sin~ple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that they are lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that they have good riqht and lawful author-
ity to sell ar~d convey said land; that they hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
This conveyance is made subject to'the following conditions and restrictions
which shall be construed as covenants real running with the land to wit;
1. Subject to existing easements, if ahy and to easements shown on the sub-
division plat. ~ ,
2. Subject to restrictions of record recorded in Deed Book 242, -
~ at Page 477 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
