WHSRSAS, the District is undertakinq an erosion control project on
the South Heach at Fort Pierce, Florida, ar~d in order to secure Federal
participation in the cost of said project, it ie neceesary that the new-
ly created beach seaward of a uniform and established line be in public
ownership.
NOW, TBSR$FOR$~ for and in consideration of the benefits accruinq
to the Owners, said Owners do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto
the District, its successore and assiqn8, all the riqht, title, interest,
claim and demand, including riparian and littoral righte, which the ~
Owners have in auid to the folZowing described land in.St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:

as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page 44 of the '

POINT OF BEGINNING; thence proceed on a bearinq of North .
20° 27' 40" West a distance of 702.00 feet to a point,
