deposes and says:
That she is the Daughter of JAY D. JACOBUS and BTHYLS K. JACOHUS,
his wife; that JAY D. JACOBUS died on February 7, 1962, and that
$THYLS K. JACOBUS aiea on October 9, 1966, and she had not re-married;
that she and JSRI3MIAH K. JACOBUS, her brother, were the only children
and sole heirs of BTHYLB K. JACOBUS and JAY D. JACOBUS; that a certain
mortgage qiven on the First day of June, 1960 by RICHARD F. SINNOTT ancl
BETH D. SINNOTT, his wife, to JAY D. JACOBUS and ETHYLS K. JACOBUS, his
wife, was paid off prior to the death of either party; that a Satis-
faction for said Mortgage was not issued, and said mortgage was among
the assets of her parents; that $THYLE K. JACOBUS died with no Will,
and no estate was est d for her. Further your Affiant says not.
