real property in St. Lucie County, Florida described as:
Beqin at the Northweaterly corner of Parcel 14-8 as
shown on right-of~ray map of Fort Pierce Farma
Drainage District prepared by S. P. Musick and run
100.0 feet to a point thence southeasterly parallel
to the Northerly boundary of Parcel 14-$, 245.47 feet
to a point which is 100. 0 feet Nortli of the S.
corner of Parcel 14-$. Thence ~asterly and parallel
to the Northerly Boundary of the RahT of Fort Pierce
Farms Drainage District Main Canal, 254.53 feet to a
point. Thence aoutherly 100.0 feet to a point which
is 254.53 feet Sasterly of the S.$. Corner of Parcel
14-$ and on the Northerly ROW line of Fort Pierce
Farma Drainage District Main Canal. Thence westerly
along said ROhI line 254.53 feet to said 3.5. Corner
of Parcel 14-$. Thence Northwesterly along Northerly
Boundary of Parcel 14-5 245.47 feet to Point of
Beqinning.
for the construction of a by-pass canal and for any and all purposes

Upon termination of thia Temporary Basement, the above
discribed pruperty will be restored by Grantees to substantially its
condition at the time of execution of this Temporary 8asement.
