hereinafter called the "Owners", to ST. LUCIS COZA~iTY SROSION DISTRICT, a~
Special Taxinq District of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the
"Di strict" ,

WHgR~AS, the District is undertaking an erosion cantrol project on
the South Beach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and in order to secure Federal
participation in the cost of said project, it ia necessary that the new-
ly created beach seaward of a uniform and establiahed line be in public•
ownership.
N~W, THERSFORB. for and in consideration of the benefits accruing
to_the Owners, said Owners do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto
the District, its successors and assigns, all the right, title, intereat, ~
claim and demand, including riparian and littoral rights, which the
Owners have in and to the following described land in St. Lucie County, 4
Florida, to-wit:
