hereinafter called the "Owners", to ST. LUCIE COLAdTY $ROSION DISTRICT, a
Special Taxinq District of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the
"District", _
W I T N S S S$ T H: -
WHER$AS, the District ia undertaking an erosion control project on
the South Beach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and in order to secure Federal
participation in the cost of said project, it is neceasary that the new-
ly created beach seaward of a uriiform and.established line be in public }
ownership.
NOW, THEREFORE. for and in consideration of the benefita accruing
to the Owners, said Owners do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto
the District, its successors and assigns, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand, including riparian and littoral rights, which the
Owners have in and to the following described land in St. Lucie County, .

ner of Section 1, Township 35 South, Range 40 East; thence ~
proceed on an assumed bearing of "East" along the extended ~
South line of said section a distance of 89.76 feet to the
POINT OF BEGZNNING; thence proceed on a bearing of North
~ 20° 27' 40" West a distance of 702.00 feet to a point, ~
