HARDER, his wife, on the following described property:

as per plat thereof recorded.in Plat Book 6, page 56,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
that on the 13th day of April, 1959, he was a single adult; that
he was married on the 4th day of July, 1959.
