PEARL I. STAUCH, who upon beinq first duly sworn deposes
and says: .
That she is one of the qrantees in that certain Warranty
Deed dated October 21, 1968, filed of record November 13,
1968 in O. R. Book 174 at Page 1146 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein General Development
Corporation, a Delaware corporation, is the qrantor, and
~ Edward L. Stauch and Pearl I. Stauch, his wife, are named as
the grantees, and the property conveyed therein is described
as follows:

UNIT ONE, according to the plat thereof

the Public Records of St. Lucie County,

That the affiant herein was continuously married to Edward L.
Stauch from a date prior to October 21, 1968, without inter-
ruption, through and including October 31, 1968, which latter
j date is the date on which Edward L. Stauch departed this life.
Further affiant saith not.
