NOTICS IS F~REBY GIVSN that S~~ LUCIE COUNTY, a Political
Subdivision of the State of Florida, as Petitioner, has this day
instituted suit in the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial
Circuit of the State of Florida, in and for St. Lucie County, by
filing a Petition in eminent domain proceedings against all per-
sons and parties having or claimin~g any interest or lien in or
against any of the following described property, to-wit:

County, Florida Public Records; thence proceed
Southerly along the Sast line of the West 1/4 of
the Northwest 1/4 of Section 21, Township 35 `
South, Range 40 East a distance of 1231.51 feet
to a point on the Sast-West 1/4 line of said sec-
