Florida, being more particularly deacribed as follows: ~
Com~nence at the moat Weaterly corner of Lot 8 of esid Block 35; theace run N 41°14'00"8
31.08 feet aloag the Northweatexly bouadary of Lot 8 of said Block 35 to the Point of
Gtirvature of a curve to the right having a radius of 2046.59 feet; thence run North- ~
~ eastwardly along the arc of said curve to the right a distance of 58.92 feet through a
ceatral angle of 1°38'S8" to the Point of Beginniag of the parcel of land hereinafter
described said point being the most Westerly corner of said Lot 7; thence continue North-

radial to the last mentioned curve a distance of 140 feet to a poiut on a curve having a
