D B E D i~EREAS, by Chapter 67-269, General Laws of 1967, it is required that the State Road Department shall transfer and convey to the Trustees of the It.teraal Improvement Fund of the State of Florida by properly executed deed, title to all real property owned by the State Road Department, and all the right, title and interest in other properties which the State Road Department and its officers manage and control except, lands held fcr road and canal rights of way, spoil areas and lands required for disposal of materials or borrow pits, or where any conveyance of lands held by it which are encumbered by or subject to liens, ~ trust agreements or,any form of contract which encumbers state lands for the repaq- ~ "ment of funded debt; and WHBREAS, the State Road Department owns, or claims to own, the real property hereinafter described and desires to convey the same to the Trustees of t the Internal Iiaprovement Fund of the State of Florida in compliance with the ' ~ e oin statuto rovision NOW THEREFORE ~ for 8 g rY P > > ; THIS INDENTURE made this ~/'s~ day of /fl0?t~dtr , ; A.
