Lot 8 of Block 2 of an unrecorded plat of TOTTEN'S SUBDIVISION, and
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Section 17, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, and run thence Sast along South line of said Section 17 a
distance of 631.9 feet, thence run North a distance of 349.5 feet, thence
run West 50 feet to the point of beginning; from this point of beginning
run North 153.85 feet to the South side of Okeechobee Road, as located on
August 10, 1958; thence along said Road in a Southwesterly direction a
distance of 50.83 feet, thence South 142.8 feet, thence Sast 50 feet to the
point of beqinning.
Less and excepting that portion of the above described property which
was taken for public road purposes in the Eminent Domain Proceedings being
Law No. 2058-L, which case was filed on August 11, 1958, and in which a
final judgment was entered on January 24, 1959.
