Party of the Second Part,
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the Party of the-Second Part represents and
warrants that he is the holder and owner of a certain promissory note
and mortgage securing the same, and that the Parties of the First Part
represent and warrant that they are the owners of the equity of re- ~
demption of the mortgaged premises; AND,
WHEREAS, that certain mortgage securing said promissorq note
described as follows:
Pramissory note in the face amount of $15,000.00
executed by Evelyn F. DeKold Neville, A. Barlow
Heikes, and Caroline Heikes, to John H. Sutherland,
as Guardian of the Property of A. Walter Rohrbach,
i Incompetent, dated February 11, 1966, a copy of which
E is recorded in tha t certain mortgage dated February
~ 11, 1966, executed by the above parties to John H.
~ Sutherland, as Guardian of the Property of A. Walter
Rohrbach, Incampetent, and recorded in Official
Record Book 139, page 334, Public Records of St. ~
Lucie County, Florida, on February 28, 1966, which ~
said mortgage secured said promissory note; • ~

~ WI~REAS, the parties are desirous of a modification of the
terms of payment of the promissory note contained in said mortgage.
NOW, TEIEREFORE, THIS AGREEMLNT, WITNESSETH: That in consider- ~
~

ation of the premises and in further consideration of the mutual covenants
~and agreements herein contained between the parties hereto, each party
agrees for themselves, their heirs, representatives, successors and
assigns, that the terms of the promissory note are modified and changed
as follows:
