Said party of the first part, DEVITT J. ADAMS, on the 21st day
of June, 1968, by petition applied to the County Judge in~,and for
St. Lucie County, Florida, for Letter$ Testamentary as Executor of
t2ze Estate; and the prayer in said petition having appeared to and
found by said Judge to be reasonable and just and said petition

true; said Court rendereci the order dated the 2lst day of June,
1968, appointing DEVITT J. ADAMS, Executor of the Estate of ELIZABETH
REMSTER, a/k/a ELIZABETH J. REMSTER, Deceased, and Wi11 of said
deceased, and said Will conferred full authority and pawer to sell
and convey any part or all of the Estate without notice and without
order of the Court.
NOW, THEREF'ORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum ~

of TEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100 ($10,250.00) DOLLARS, ;

less the usual and ordinary costs of sale, in hand paid, said party
of the first part hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms unto the said parties of the second
part, and to their heirs and assigns forever, that certain land in
said Cottnty of St. Lucie, 5tate of Florida, described as follows:
Lot 5, Block 1, LA FOND SUBDIVISION,
according to the plat thereof on file
in the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
