WF~R~AS, the District is undertaking an erosion control project on
the South Beach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and in order to secure Federal
participation in the cost of said project, it is necessary that the new-

ly created beach seaward of a uniform and established line be in public
ownership.
NOW, THER$FORE~ for and in consideration of the benefits accruing
to the Owners, said Owners do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto
the District, its successors and assigns, all the right, title, intereat,
