SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED ~
THIS INDENTURE~ Made the 15th day of January , 19 6g , ~y;~

hereinafter cal~led the Grantor, which term shall be construed as

Grantee named herein, both in effect as well as in form, and is not
intended as a mortgage, trust conveyance, or security of any kind.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises unto the Grantee
and his successors and assigns to their use, benefit, and behoof for-
ever, and the Grantor does hereby specially warrant the title to said
