TOGETHFR with any and all awarde n,pw or hereafter made Por the ~
taking of the property mortgaged hereby, or any part thereof (in- ~
cluding any easement), by the exerciee of the power of eminent do- ~
main, including any award for chenge of grade o~ any etreet or other
roadway, which awarde are hereby aeeigned to the Mortgagee and are
deemed a part of the property mortgaged hereby, and the Mortgagee ie
hereby authorised to collect and receive the proceede of euch awarde,
to give proper receipte and acquittancee tberefor, and to apply the
eame toward the payment of the indebtedneee eecured by thie Mortgage,

be due and payable; and tbe Mortgagor hereby agreee, upon requeet,
to make, eaecute and deliver any and all aeeigrimente and other in-

kind or nature whateoever; and
TOGETHER with all right, title and intereet ot the Mortgagor in

1. The Mortgagor will promptly pay the principal of and in-
tereet on the indebtedrieee evidenced by the Note, and all other- - t
