Tbe Mortgagor will give immediate notioe by regietered or certi~ied mail to the Mortgagee oY any fire, damage or ot~er oaeualty afteoting the mortgaged property, or of any oonveyanoe, tranefer or change in ownerehip of eaoh property, or eny part thereo~. ; 17. Notice and demand or requeet may be made in writing and may be eerved in pereon or by mail.~ ~ ~ 18.
