16. Tbe Mortgagor will give immediate notioe by regietered
or certi~ied mail to the Mortgagee oY any fire, damage or ot~er
oaeualty afteoting the mortgaged property, or of any oonveyanoe,
tranefer or change in ownerehip of eaoh property, or eny part
thereo~. ;
17. Notice and demand or requeet may be made in writing and
may be eerved in pereon or by mail.~ ~

18. In~caee of a Yorecloeure sale of the mortgaged property
it may be eold in one parcel. ~

19. The Mortgagor will not aeeign the rente, if any, in whole ~
or in part, from the mortgaged property, or any part thereof, with-
