AFFIDAVIT

COUNTY OF ST. LUCI$:
Before me, an officer duly authorized to take acknowl-
edgments and administer oaths, personally appeared Svelyn~
DeMarlo, who, after being by me first duly sworn, upon oath '
says: that my name is Svelyn DeMarlo; that affiant is the
mother of Mary Ferger, formerly Mary 8. Templeton, and
that since 1950, affiant managed the following described real
property and improvements thereon, to-wit:
The North 65 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block
l, of the Re-subdivision of part of Block
L of Receiver's subdivision of Fort Pierce,
Florida.
Affiant further states that the last rental payment re-
ceived by affiant for the owner of said property was received
in October 1966, for rent for that month and that in November
1966 the then occupant of the property, which is generally
known as Ann's Coffee Shop, vacated the premises and at the

E same time removed all furnishings, fixtures and equipment there-
from, leaving the entire premises absolutely bare.
Affiant further states that in December of 1966 she re-
entered the abandoned premises, changed the locks on the
premises, and that since that time the said premises has re-
mained unoccupied and no effort has ever been made by any lessee,
sublesaee or assignee of either of the above to make any use of
the afore-described property.
Affiant further states that in February of 1968 affiant
made certain repairs to the plate glass in the building situate
on the above-described property and that in May of 1968 she
