premises, In substantiation of the above, affiant attaches
copies of the bills fnr the aforementioned work, ;
Affiant further states that the purpose of this Affidavit
is to establish factually the abandonment of the fore described ~
gremises by all parties who obtained interest in said premises
by leases or otherwise emanating from the original lease of
E. C. Templeton and Evelyn Templeton, his wife, dated April 20, =

1946, and filed for r~cord on May 4, 1946 in Deed Book 124, ~

and to furthermore prove factually the re-entry and re-

taking of possession by the owner of said premises in accordance
with the provisions of the aforementioned lease and the Laws
