Before me, an officer duly authorized to take acknowl-
edgments and administer oaths, personally appeared C. R,

McDonald, Jr., who, after being by me first duly sworn, upon
oath says: that my name is C. R. McDonald, Jr.; that affiant ~

was attorney of record for Betty Podes, as administratrix 's

of the estate of Charles Lekas and Angelo Kriticos individually,
in St. Lucie Case No. 8752E wherein a foreclosure of mortgage
on certain personal propert~• of M. & N.,Tnc, and a Mr. Sotirin,
described as the furniture, fixtures, equipment, supplies,
utensils, name and licenses of Ann's Coffee Shop which was
filed in August of 1965.
Affiant further states that approximately 15 months later '
his clients abandoned any and all interests which they had in
the premises described as follows:
The North 65 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block '
1, of the Re-subdivision of part of Block
L of Receiver's subdivision of Fort Pierce,
Florida.

The purpose of this affidavit is to confirm the abandon-
ment of all rights in the afore-described property by the
estate of Charles Lekas and by Angelo Kriticos, individually. ~
