Before me, an officer duly authorized to take acknowl-
edgments ancl administer oaths, personally appeared A. O.
Frink, who, after being by me first duly sworn, upon oath ,
says: that my name is A. O. Frink; that affiant is the owner
and operator of Frink Furniture and Music Company, 413 Avenue A,
Fort Pierce, Florida. Aff iant further states that his furniture
and music business location is located approximately 50 feet
west of the building which has been known for years as Ann's
Coffee Shop, located at the southwest corner of the intersec-
tion of U. S. 1 and Avenue A in the city of Fort Pierce, Florida,
,
more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
The North 65 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block
1, of the Re-subdivision of part of Block
L of Receiver's subdivision of Fort Pierce,
Florida.
Affiant further states that he is well aware of the ;

~ status of occupany of the said property, and that the above-

j described real property has not been occupied by anyone for
j over two years immediately prior to this date, ~

Affiant states nothing further.
