This Disclaimer made this -day of January, 1969,

by L. H. KINCAID;
WH$RSAS, on the 14th of April, 1964, a certain lease
;
was assigned to L. H. KINCAID, being recorded in Official
Record Book 86, at pages 269 through 271 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, but relating to the
- following described Real Property, to-wit:
The north 65 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block l, of the j
Re-subdivision of part of B1ockL of Receiver's Sub-
division of Fort Pierce, Florida, and
WHERSAS, the Assignors in said Assignment of Lease
have abandoned the aforedescribed property and as a result
thereof the said lease, which was given to L. H. KINCAID
as collateral security, has for several years been of no
value,

~ NOW~ TA$REFORE, L. H. KINCAID, hereby disclaims any

interest whatever in and to the aforedescribed real property ~
~
which arose out of the aforedescribed Assignment of Lease.
