WIHEREAS on May 1, 1967 , DEEM OIL COIrII'ANY, a s
Lessor, did enter into a lease agreement with HESS OIL ~

CHEMICAL CORPORATION, as Lessee, covering certain property
situated in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, and
more particularly described as follows;
Lots 18, 19 and 20, Block L, FEE ~ MAY'S
RESUBDIVISION as per plat thereof recorded
~ in Plat Book 3, at Page 48, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, said land being
situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, LESS
the East 15 feet of Lots 19 and 20, deeded to
the City of Ft. Pierce for street right-of-way
purposes.
and
WHEREAS, the above described property was, as
of the execution of the above lease, owned by DEEM INVESTMENT
CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, the parties agree as
follows:
1. That DEEM OIL COMPANY be and is hereby released

as Lessor from the above described lease.
2. That DEEM INVESTI~NT CORPORATION be and ia

hereby substituted as Lessor and does agree to abide by all
the terms, covenants and conditions of the above described
lease in the same manner as if it had been the original Lessor
and had executed the lease on the above described date.
