If any of said sums of money herein refened to be not promptly auid fullv paid within thirt~~ days uext after the same severally become due and payable, or if each and every the sZipula- tions, agreements, conditions and covenants of said promissory note and this deed or either, are not duly performed, complied with and abided by, the said aggregate sum mentioned in said prom- issory note shall become due and payable forthwith or therea~ter at the opNon of the Mortgagee, its successors, legal representatives or assigns, as fully and completely as if the aggregate sum men- ~tioned in said promissory note was originally stipulated to be paid on such day, an~~thing in said promissory note or herein to the contrary notwithstanding. 8.
