Assignor does hereby direct He88 , the ~

Lessee in the above described Lease, its successors and
and Assigns, to pay to Assignee all of such rents, issues, ~
profits, revenues, royalties, rights and benefits as the ~
same may now be due or shall hereafter become due, or i
, shall be prepaid, until Assignee shall notify He88
that payment should be made to Assignor.
3. Any and all monies received under the terms of ~
this Assignment of Rents shall first be applied to any ~
interest due upon the promissory note secured hereby and .
by said mortgage deed and shall thereafter be applied to
the next maturing principal installment thereunder and
~ the receipt of any monies by Assignee under the terms of
this Assignment of Rents shall in no way relieve Assignor
- from making any payment or performing any covenants con- -
tained in the said promissory note or mortgage deed to - ~
be performed by Assignor. .

~ 4. The terms of this assignment shall be until
~ -
~ that certain promissory note, a copy of which is attached
hereto, or any extension or renewal thereof, shall have
~ ~
been fully paid, at which time this Assignment of Rents
shall be fully.satisfied, cancelled and released and the
releasing and surrender of the said pramissory note and
satisfaction of said mortgage shall constitute a release -
~ of this Assignment. ;
5. Assignor covenants and agrees that Assignor
shall not have any right to alter, modify or amend the
terms and conditions of said Lease in any particular
